The British eVTOL company, Skyports, has acquired a heliport for its future air taxi operations.

The acquired facility, formerly known as Falcon Heliport, lies on the Eastern side of London. The company has renamed the heliport to Skyports London Heliport and aims to use it as a vertiport for its air taxi operations in the future.

According to the company, the new vertiport will allow its air taxi services to reach every part of London within 20 minutes. Skyports hopes to launch its air taxi services during the Paris Summer Olympics in 2024.
