AURA Network Systems has announced that it has secured $30.9 million for drone communication network development.

Besides, earlier this month the company was selected by NASA as a National Campaign partner to help the integration of air taxis and cargo-delivery drones into urban environments.

AURA will use the funding to improve the communication network of drones and to enable beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) drone operations in urban environments.
