Nordic Unmanned has launched its Staaker BG-300 Railway Drone.
The drone is designed to lubricate rail switches and to carry out critical railway infrastructure inspections while driving on the track. The drone is equipped with flying capabilities, so it is able to avoid trains. Besides, it can easily switch from one railway track to another.
The Staaker Railway Drone uses energy from hydrogen fuel cells and has an operational time of seven hours at an average speed of 20 km/h and it can cover more than 200 km.
