Drones help in tree planting in Germany

FlyingBasket and Bayerische Staatsforsten (BaySF) joined forces to test the use of cargo drones for tree planting in the mountains.

The team successfully transported 2000 young trees from Aschau valley to 18 planting locations up in the mountains near Kapmpenwand.

Flying Basket used its FB3 drones to carry the trees, which is able transport up to 100 kg payload.
