Volatus Aerospace acquires drone service provider to expand drone services in North America

According to the press release of Volatus Aerospace, the company has acquired ConnexiCore, a Pennsylvania-based drone service and solutions provider.

After the transaction closes on the 30th of July, Volatus Aerospace will have access to more than 1100 FAA-certified drone pilots, software mapping consultants and industry-specific subject matter experts. Moreover, Volatus will be able to strategically use ConnexiCore’s drone data capabilities, including 3D modelling, building inspection and thermal imaging.

Volatus Aerospace already operates a large pilot network in the US and Canada and the newly acquired drone pilot fleet of ConnexiCore will contribute to the further expansion of the company’s drone services.
