The new drone of BRINC Drones, the Lemur, will assist police SWAT teams

| |

SWAT teams often face criticism for their no-knock warrants that kill or injure people – including bystanders and police.

The new drone of BRINC Drones will help police to locate, isolate and communicate with suspects. The Lemur has a 31 minute flight time. Besides, the drone is equipped with a glass-breaking technology that enables the drone to enter into structures, and with a two-way communication system that enables crisis negotiators to talk through the drone and negotiate with the suspects.

Using the Lemur drone, the SWAT teams could limit or avoid lethal injuries caused by their missions.
