Dubai installing pre-positioned drone stations to support the work of police across the city

The Sharjah Police in the United Arab Emirates has previously used drones to track criminals in the city of Sharjah.

Now the police in Dubai is installing the drone stations of Airobotics across Dubai to support police operations with drones. The drones can be used for scene inspections or for tracking suspicious individuals or vehicles.

Deploying Airobotics’ drones-in-a-box solution can reduce police response time from 4.4 minutes to 1 minute according to a tweet from Dubai‚Äôs ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
